What is The Role
Elastic is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to Customer Success Group (CSG) Executives. The successful candidate will be exceptionally organized, have superior attention to detail, and prior experience supporting global leaders. This role will sit in the United Kingdom and work with CSG Executives in that time zone.
What You Will Be Doing
- Work in a fast-paced environment and use a wide range of skills and knowledge of organizational policies and procedures to get tasks completed
- Manage numerous projects simultaneously under deadline pressures
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders and organizing catering when necessary
- Manage executives day-to-day calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Coordinate weekly/quarterly team meeting agendas
- Coordinate domestic and international travel. Work with hotels/airlines/travel agency and other vendors to ensure quality efficiency as well as cost savings
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos and preparing communications on the executive's behalf
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents and reports
- Assist with presentation prep leveraging G-Suite tools
- Processes one-time and recurring purchases requests; supports vendor management with key suppliers
- Supports senior leaders with expense reports
- Assist with projects across global CSG organization as needed
