As we scale, we’re looking for a sharp, proactive and highly trustworthy Executive Assistant to support our co-CEO’s and senior leadership team. You’ll be at the heart of a fast-moving, high-growth environment, ensuring our executives stay focused, aligned, and effective.

This is a unique, entrepreneurial opportunity to be driving the digitalization of air freight and logistics in a fast-growing Series B company backed by leading Venture Capital firms including Index and Bessemer.

🎬 A snapshot of what you will be doing here:

• Own and manage complex calendars, coordinate internal and external meetings across time zones.

• Handle inbox management, communications, and preparation for key meetings.

• Organize travel arrangements, logistics, and itineraries for executive travel.

• Take ownership of meeting prep, including agendas, note-taking, and follow-ups.

• Act as a reliable partner in coordinating cross-functional projects and internal priorities.

• Occasionally support with personal admin or logistics.

• Be a trusted gatekeeper, communicator, and thought partner to the leadership team.

🙋🏽‍♀️ What you’ll need:

• 4+ years of experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced, high-performance environments (e.g. high-growth startups, consulting, investment banking, or top-tier law firms).

• Willingness and effort to understand the business context of the SLT to proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders to help prioritise the SLTs time around our business goals.

• Proven track record of juggling multiple priorities and staying two steps ahead.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a big plus).

• High level of discretion, trust, and emotional intelligence.

• A proactive attitude, an eye for detail, and a calm presence under pressure.

• Comfort using tools like Google Workspace and Slack.
