Why this role is important to us

Are you ready to make an impact? As our Executive Assistant & Engagement Lead, you'll be the trusted partner to the ECS Managing Director and Leadership Team - keeping operations running smoothly while driving projects that make ECS a great place to work. This is your chance to combine organisational excellence with creativity and help shape a positive, inclusive culture.

This is a hybrid role based in our Nottingham or London office reporting into our Managing Director of Consumer Services

Work that matters - What you'll do

•     Own complex diary management for senior leaders and ensure seamless scheduling.

•     Prepare high quality reports and presentations for leadership and board meetings.

•     Use GenAI tools to capture meeting notes, decisions, and follow-up actions.

•     Organise team workshops, 'All Hands' events, and engagement activities that inspire connection.

•     Lead our Great Place to Work agenda - team-building, cultural celebrations, wellness programmes, and more.

•     Manage expense processing, purchase orders, and invoices with accuracy.

  • Hybrid working - two days a week in the London or Nottingham office
