What the role involves:

As an Event Strategist, you play a key role in the Events Team, helping to shape and deliver the company’s presence at high-impact corporate and industry events. This role focuses on planning, coordinating, and executing external event participation - ensuring activities are aligned with brand goals, executed to a high standard, and deliver measurable results. The position also supports internal events, such as workshops and offsite meetings, to foster collaboration and engagement across teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate event planning and marketing, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, work collaboratively across departments, and bring creative ideas to elevate event experiences.

  • Event Planning & Execution: Plan, coordinate, and deliver events from concept to completion, including conferences, trade shows, product launches, internal workshops, and offsite meetings.
  • Vendor & Partner Coordination: Source and liaise with venues, suppliers, and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality delivery.
  • Logistics Management: Organize travel, accommodation, event materials, and on-site operations to ensure smooth execution.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to create promotional content, event branding, and engagement activities.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Track event performance using KPIs and attendee feedback; provide post-event reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Industry Awareness: Keep up to date with trends and innovations in event marketing to enhance attendee experience.
Requirements

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience in event management, preferably in the corporate sector.
  • Proven ability to integrate event activities into wider marketing strategies.
  • Experience managing both in-person and virtual/hybrid events.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in the blockchain or technology sector is an advantage.
  • Operational Precision: Maintains strong attention to detail across all aspects of event planning, ensuring seamless execution and brand consistency under tight timelines.
  • Stakeholder Management: Balances the needs and expectations of multiple internal and external stakeholders, navigating competing priorities with diplomacy and clarity.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt quickly and find solutions under pressure.
  • Brand Representation: Acts as a steward of the brand, ensuring events reflect company identity and values, both visually and experientially.
  • Insight-Driven Planning: Uses event metrics, attendee feedback, and industry trends to refine strategies and continuously improve event impact.
  • Global and Cultural Awareness: Understands the nuances of executing events across different regions, time zones, and cultural contexts, adapting approach accordingly.
