We are actively seeking an Events Specialist. This is a fully remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United Kingdom.

Position Summary
 

The EMEA Events Specialist supports the planning, execution, and optimization of events across Europe and the Middle East. This role will work with the Senior Marketing Manager, EMEA, regional sales teams, and global marketing to deliver high-quality, pipeline-driving events tailored to each market.

The Specialist will assist with event logistics, vendor management, pre- and post-event workflows, follow-up coordination, and on-site support when required. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-region environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Event Execution & Logistics

  • Research and recommend major conference sponsorship opportunities.
  • Support execution of regional events including trade shows, executive dinners, partner events, roundtables, and client events.
  • Manage logistics: venue research, RFPs, vendor sourcing, catering, AV, booth shipping, collateral coordination.
  • Coordinate event registration pages, badges, attendee lists, and on-site materials.
  • Own delivery timelines and checklists to ensure events run smoothly.
  • Travel for on-site support in key markets when needed.

 
Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, EMEA to align events with campaign and demand-gen goals.
  • Partner with sales teams to ensure event readiness, invitation lists, follow-up workflows, and pipeline tracking.
  • Coordinate with global marketing on branding, messaging, and event assets.

 Vendor & Budget Support

  • Manage vendor relationships in-region; negotiate pricing where appropriate.
  • Track event spend, obtain POs, and process invoices.
  • Support budget reconciliation and ROI reporting.

 Reporting & Operations

  • Assist with pre- and post-event communications, follow-up lists, summaries, and dashboard metrics.
  • Maintain the EMEA events calendar and shared resources.
  • Ensure consistent execution of event best practices.

Experience

2–5 years' experience in event coordination and operations, including execution of the strategy, planning, development, and successful execution of corporate events.

 Skills

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working across EMEA, with sensitivity to regional expectations, business etiquette and cultural nuance.
  • Team spirit and collaborative with exceptional interpersonal skills; experience developing strong working relationships with internal partners, third party vendors, and customers.
  • Understanding of leveraging social media at events.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • French or Arabic language skills a strong plus.
  • Ability to travel for events across EMEA.
