We are looking for an People Experience and Internal Events Coordinator  

Target total compensation ranges from £40,000 - £50,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits. 

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.

About the role: 

This role is designed for a proactive and service-oriented generalist who thrives on delivering operational excellence and creating a best-in-class experience for both employees and clients. This position focuses on supporting both day-to-day office needs and high-impact event coordination, including client engagement and brand amplification activities. This is a high-ownership opportunity for someone early in their career to make a visible impact across Rokt’s London hub.

Requirements

What You’ll Do
  • Office & Facilities Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the London office, including vendor management, supplies, catering, upkeep, and team social events. Build strong relationships with the building landlord and facilities providers to ensure a seamless experience for all Rokt’stars.
  • Client & Visitor Experience: Act as the face of the London office by preparing for and hosting clients, candidates, and visiting Rokt’stars. Ensure consistency against Rokt’s global employee experience across all major hubs.
  • Event Support & Coordination: Assist with key client-facing, seasonal & cultural landmark dates, and internal milestone events, from planning and invites to day-of execution—both in-office and at off-site venues.
  • Marketing Campaign Execution: Support local event marketing campaigns by managing guest lists, coordinating with vendors, and using tools like HubSpot for invites and communications.
  • On-the-Ground Marketing Support: Serve as the point of contact for local marketing events led by the global brand team, including support for executive events and external activations in London.
Who You Are
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy keeping things running smoothly.
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and adjusting priorities when needed.
  • Enjoy working cross-functionally with stakeholders across People, Marketing, Client Success, and Leadership.
  • You’re naturally in the mindset of exceeding customer expectations.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, and/or project management tools is a plus.
  • Experience in office management, administration, hospitality, event coordination, or marketing support is welcome, but not required.
  • Comfortable with joining us in the office 5 days a week.
