MAIN DUTIES


- Follow project-specific guidelines to conduct research on e-commerce data.

- Evaluate the usefulness of product filters and results based on the research.

- Rate the e-commerce data according to the guidelines provided.


Project Details


Start Date: Immediately after completing qualification process

Duration: Ongoing

Schedule: 5 -15 hours weekly; set your own schedule.

This is a freelance opportunity; workload is based on project needs. Weekly hours may vary.

Pay Rate: $13/hour

Requirements

  • Fully Proficient in English (United Kingdom)
  • Linguistic competency in target language equal to the following: ILR Level 5 or CEF C2
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English: Capable of comprehending and following written guidelines, video trainings, and other instructional materials.
  • Web-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferably, prior experience or familiarity with Relevance tasks and expertise in e-commerce searches/websites.
  • Excellent online research skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to conduct thorough research within specified time constraints and effectively managing short throughputs.
  • Reliable computer system and internet connection
  • Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect client confidentiality
  • Completion of a language assessment, training, and a mandatory quality test is required prior to starting work.
