The Opportunity
As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you, you lead the strategic IT, technology, and business capability delivery efforts. As a Director, you set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. You guide an IT organization in a hands-on leadership role, accountable for tactical, financial, and strategic outcomes, and foster a healthy cross-organizational working model to enhance client satisfaction and scale efficiencies.

What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- 8 years of experience in progressive roles leading IT transformation that include operations, policy, and business strategy

The salary range for this position is: $167,000 - $410,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
