THE CHALLENGE

The T2 Enterprise application team supports the enterprise application (JDEdwards) which is used throughout the T2 global business. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems like JD Edwards integrate core business functions—such as finance, human resources, inventory, and sales—into a single unified platform. This enables streamlined workflows, consistent data management, and improved decision-making across the organization. The JD Edwards ERP application serves as T2’s primary IT system of record, supporting a wide range of business activities. These include the procurement of marketing materials, manufacturing and distribution of games, and all sales operations. Additionally, JDE handles essential financial processes, such as payments, invoicing, tax compliance, and financial reporting.


WHAT YOU’LL TAKE ON

The responsibilities of the Enterprise Application Analyst team include providing support to business operations across the US, Europe, Asia, and Australasia, ensuring effective use of JD Edwards (JDEdwards) in daily activities. Additionally, the team analyses change requests and leads the execution of related enhancement projects to drive continuous improvement. In this role you will gain an overview of the T2 business as we support many departments (Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance & Audit) as well as an understanding of how the JDEdwards application assists with the business critical processes. You will support daily JD Edwards activities and assist in projects and advancements, gaining hands-on experience with the full project lifecycle.

  • Develop a foundational understanding of JDE (JD Edwards) to efficiently support general inquiries and handle access requests.
  • Provide support for the Purchasing processes within JDE, covering administrative, marketing, and inventory-related purchases.
  • Gain expertise in and assist with the purchasing approval process to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Understand and support sales order processes, including both Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and manual customer order handling.
  • Gain an understanding and assist the ERP support team with the finance month-end processes.

WHAT YOU BRING

Working towards a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Management, Computer Science or related fields.


Proficient in Microsoft Office.


Strong excel skills or other database tools.


Strong quantitative and analytical skills.


Curiosity about project management with the ability to process requests from requirement gathering to implementation.


Good social skills, able to handle customer expectations.


Capable of working autonomously, leading and supervising own work.
