Affirm is expanding in the UK and looking for an experienced team member to guide this next phase of growth. This is an Individual Contributor role working as part of the UK team and collaborating closely and cross functionally with teams in the US and Canada. 

As an Enterprise Account Executive I, you will be part of  the Affirm UK Sales organization driving the expansion of Affirm’s Enterprise business in the UK. We'll look to you to build and nurture relationships with leaders at Enterprise merchants while identifying the products and services that merchants need. As a result, you will drive meaningful loan volume and revenue via net new closings and partnership expansion opportunities.

We are looking for an inventive sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment The role calls for incredible collaboration; you will represent Affirm at a senior level to merchants and will also provide detailed feedback from merchants to our internal partners to drive initiatives forward.

We are already partnered with many of the biggest names in retail in the US and Canada and are looking for this person to help replicate this success in the UK.

You should be outcomes driven with a very high bias for action and be undaunted by multiple dependencies both internal and external.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Partnerships, Design, Engineering, Product Analytics, Finance, Risk and more to build strong and enduring partnerships with our merchants that sees them growing their volume with Affirm and enabling them to access the benefits that our products provide. 

You will have an understanding of the regulatory framework in the UK and how along with our partners we deliver on the objectives of the Consumer Duty and other regulatory requirements. You will ensure all mandatory regulatory training is up to date and undertake self learning where applicable. 


What You'll Do

  • Establish and nurture executive-level relationships at Enterprise retailers to build pipeline using your personal network.
  • Engage prospects in a strategic and consultative manner; navigate a highly competitive market; develop business cases that showcase significant business impact.
  • Drive deals forward, collaborating closely with internal and external partners to clear roadblocks.
  • Execute on goals [quarterly/annual] for new deal signings via in an efficient timeframe that drives net-new loan volume, new user growth, and revenue.
  • Provide thought leadership on the strategic direction of the Enterprise business.

  • 5+ years of solution selling into strategic accounts ideally with a digital/financial product; demonstrated excellence in craftsmanship in sales.

  • Plan & Prioritize: Capable of working with minimal direction; exercises significant latitude in determining objectives in pursuit of goals.

Base Pay Grade - F

Equity Grade - 4

Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, which includes the annual base pay and the sales incentive target.
Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). In addition, the employees may be eligible for equity rewards offered by Affirm Holdings, Inc. (parent company).

GBR On Target Earnings pay range per year: £118,000 - £138,000
