This is not a generalist enterprise sales role.

We are specifically seeking a SaaS sales leader with expertise in the ENERGY vertical — including Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 supply chain organisations, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Renewables, and related industrial energy ecosystems.

You will bring domain knowledge, relationships, credibility, and a strong understanding of the regulatory, operational, and digital transformation challenges unique to this market.

What You’ll Do

Sell into your Energy Territory

Lead new business acquisition and expansion across Energy enterprises in the UK. Build a strategic territory plan focused on Tier 1 operators, supply chain organisations, and complex energy ecosystems.

Leverage Industry Expertise

Engage senior stakeholders across IT, Operations, Engineering, and Security functions. Translate sector-specific challenges — including distributed operations, data sovereignty, cyber resilience, asset digitisation, and AI-readiness — into compelling business cases.

Drive Complex Enterprise Sales Cycles

Navigate multi-stakeholder environments with six-figure and seven-figure deal sizes. Build executive alignment and long-term account strategies.

Partner to Win

Co-sell with AWS, Microsoft, GCP, and top VARs. Leverage Partner Sales Managers, SDRs, and Revenue Marketing to accelerate pipeline within the Energy vertical.

Deliver Measurable Outcomes

Solve high-impact problems such as ransomware resilience, global file collaboration, cost optimisation, and AI-driven operational efficiency.

What Makes You a Fit

Energy Vertical Expertise (Required)

  • Proven Sales success in Software-as-a-Service within Data Infrastructure ecosystem. (Cloud, Hybrid, Backup, Recovery, Security, Observability, Unstructured Data, etc)
  • Demonstrated success selling into the UK Energy sector
  • Experience working with Oil & Gas, Utilities, Renewables, or Energy supply chain organisations
  • Understanding of regulatory environments, distributed operational models, and industrial data challenges
  • Established network of Energy IT and Digital leaders is highly preferred

Enterprise Sales Excellence

  • Proven record of exceeding enterprise quotas ($MM+ ARR targets)
  • Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Track record of landing and expanding strategic accounts
  • Comfortable operating autonomously within a defined vertical

  • Strong ability to map technology value to operational and financial outcomes
