About TrueContext

#CareersThatKickSaaS! TrueContext is a field intelligence platform that connects frontline workers to enterprise systems of record, so teams in the field can capture, act on, and learn from structured data in real time. We serve enterprise customers in Med Tech, Building Systems, Utilities, and Oil and Gas. Backed by Battery Ventures, we are scaling the platform and building the defining name in field intelligence.

The Opportunity

This is a new business role. You will be the person responsible for adding enterprise logos across EMEA, working a territory of global manufacturers, service organizations, and utilities who run field operations at scale and are still doing it on paper, on spreadsheets, or on tools that were never built for enterprise complexity.

You are not opening a cold market. Some of our most significant enterprise customers are already in Europe, running critical operations on our platform, which means you sell with real reference customers, proven deployments, and a product that has been tested in the region rather than a pitch deck and a promise.

As the territory matures, we expect this seat to take on commercial ownership of the accounts it lands. We are hiring for that trajectory, which is why we look for candidates who can grow and retain a book as well as win one.

What You'll Own

Pipeline

  • Building and working your own outbound pipeline across the region, in partnership with Marketing and our outbound team. The strongest performers here do not wait for leads.
  • A territory plan by vertical and account tier, with a clear thesis for where the next three deals come from.
  • Representing TrueContext at industry events, customer sites, and executive briefings across EMEA.

Enterprise Sales Cycles

  • Full cycle ownership of new enterprise logos, from first contact through signature.
  • Multi-threaded cycles across field operations, IT, procurement, security, and legal, typically four to nine months.
  • Positioning TrueContext above commodity forms tools and below full FSM platforms, with Sales Engineering running proof-of-value on the customer's real workflows.
  • Navigating European procurement realities including GDPR and data residency, security review, and multi-entity contracting.

Landing Well

  • Handing off to Implementation and Customer Success with a deal that can actually be delivered: real scope, real success criteria, and the value metric the customer will judge us on.
  • Staying close to the accounts you win, including the executive above your champion, so the second purchase is easier than the first.

Forecast Discipline

  • A forecast leadership can rely on, and Salesforce accurate enough that no one needs to interpret it.
  • EMEA market reality brought back to the business: competitive pressure, pricing, localization, regulation, and product gaps that cost you deals.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years in Enterprise B2B SaaS sales, including 3 years selling into EMEA enterprise accounts.
  • A demonstrable new logo record: self-sourced pipeline, six-figure ACV, procurement-heavy multi-stakeholder cycles.
  • Experience growing accounts after the initial win, through added capacity, tier upgrades, new business units, or new use cases. We want a closer who does not lose interest once the ink is dry.
  • Credible renewal and retention experience, including the commercial conversations that come with it. As this seat takes on a portfolio, you will be trusted with those outcomes.
  • Success selling to operational buyers in field service, maintenance, quality, EHS, or manufacturing operations.
  • The ability to sell value against a materially cheaper alternative and hold price.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40 percent across the region.
  • Preferred: regulated or asset-intensive verticals, a second European language, familiarity with ServiceNow, SAP, Maximo, or Salesforce Field Service, and experience at a PE-backed company moving up-market.

Location and Hours

A London-based candidate working remotely is preferred, with regular travel across the UK, DACH, Benelux, the Nordics, and the Middle East. A North America based candidate will be considered with a firm commitment to shifted hours that cover the European business day. That is a standing expectation of the role, and will be discussed openly during the process.

Why This Role

We have a durable enterprise customer base, a platform that solves problems commodity tools cannot, and a mandate to grow substantially. New business in EMEA is the sharpest edge of that plan, and this is the seat with the most direct influence over how fast we get there. You will not inherit a finished playbook. You will write it, with direct access to the executive team.

Some Extra Benefits:

  • Competitive base with an uncapped commission plan weighted to new business performance.
  • Great time off benefits (4 weeks of vacation + 2 True2ME days + 1 TrueCrewCares day).
  • Yearly wellness allowance and a remote-first working model.
  • Company-wide & team social events.

TrueContext is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
