An exciting opportunity exists to help a growing Engineering team on the next phase of its journey. In this newly created role, a Regional Technical Director is required to help provide a platform to develop the team to the next level of performance and future growth

Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership – previous experience of managing and leading teams of people is preferred. 
  • Performance improvement – understands how to effectively use behaviours and metrics to improve individual and team performance. 
  • Execute strategic plan – ability to Produce, Communicate and Execute on a market leading Business plan. 
  • Growth and pipeline development – knows how to win new Client work. 
  • Client & market engagement – has the gravitas to become a Market “name” for the Engineering team. 
  • Develop leading Value Propositions to win new Business – has a history of working with Client Services team to produce quality marketing material. 
  • People engagement – Lives the Brand and RESTORE Values. To become trusted by all through an open and honest leadership approach. Develop existing and new talent in the Engineering Team
  • Budget management & delivery –help to create an annual Budget and monthly forecasting process.
  • Contribute to the overall Specialty strategic plan.
  • Deputise for Head of Engineering.
Qualifications
  • Experience of working in an Engineering Loss Adjusting environment. 
  • Engineering/CII/CILA qualifications.
  • Operationally strong
