We are opening a new R&D department and we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to be part of the our London office. You will have the opportunity to build new infrastructure-related features and directly impact the future of our product from UI to database.

Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant technical experience with a passion for system architecture.
- Technical leadership experience in roles such as Architect, Tech Lead, or similar.
- Experience with microservices architecture, event sourcing, and modern frameworks is a plus.
- Proven track record in building complex, large-scale web applications.
- Hands-on experience with databases such as Redis, Cassandra, etc.
- Knowledge of resilience, monitoring, and observability best practices.
- Team player with strong communication skills, an egoless mindset, and empathy.
- Experience with GoLang is a plus.
