About you:

Proven experience in building high-quality software across multiple languages and frameworks, ideally in a SaaS environment, with leadership capabilities.Cloud Proficiency
Strong understanding of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, internal cloud), with hands-on experience in deploying and managing cloud-based solutions.Team Enablement & Coaching
Skilled in guiding teams toward self-management, using modern engineering practices to deliver scalable, accessible, and robust software.Technical Ownership & Accountability
Takes full end-to-end ownership of products and outcomes, demonstrating strong decision-making and responsibility.Strategic & Agile Leadership
Leads Agile teams strategically, ensuring cohesive cross-team collaboration and alignment with business goals.Quality & Security Focus
Champions a quality-first mindset and integrates security principles into all aspects of development.Commercial Awareness
Works closely with product and stakeholders to ensure technical decisions align with business value.AI Advocacy
Enthusiastic about AI, using it to enhance workflows and drive innovation within the team.Technical Stack & Tools
