About the Role

Join us as an Engineering Manager to inspire our new, exciting Marketing Technology team, shaping a cutting-edge platform and toolkit for marketing enablement. With a focus on diversity, innovation, and expertise, you'll build and empower a skilled team while collaborating with stakeholders from marketing, content management, BI/data analytics, and more. Take the helm in revolutionizing healthcare MarTech and drive impactful change in our mission to make mental healthcare work for everyone.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or relevant work experience.

  • 10+ years of professional engineering experience, including experience with web development and marketing technologies.

  • At least 7 years of full-time individual contributor work and at least 3 years of hands-on people management experience.

  • Strong leadership skills that involve performance management, mentoring, and career growth.

  • Demonstrable project management experience in breaking down projects and delivering on fixed target dates.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Demonstrable experience directing the development of MarTech platforms/toolkits, including learning and integrating new technologies to meet evolving business needs.

  • Experience unifying data sources and integrating them into a Customer Data Platform.

Preferred Qualifications

While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory. We encourage all interested applicants to apply, even those who may not meet every preferred requirement.

  • Experience with Content Management Systems; bonus points for migrating to a headless CMS.

  • Experience with observability, analytics, end-to-end automated testability (cross-browser), automated accessibility, and SEO of a marketing website.

  • Experience with Digital Ad Platforms, including integration, data segmentation, and targeted campaigns.

  • Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms and email marketing/campaign tools.

  • Experience implementing experiments with modern A/B testing tools.

  • Experience integrating and seamlessly managing contract engineers in shared workstreams.

Compensation Range: $187K - $220K
