Description

We are rapidly expanding our London office and looking for an Engineering Director for our new Reporting & Analytics team, who will play a pivotal role in defining, designing, and executing the reporting & analytics engineering strategy & vision as part of the monday platform.

This role involves building and enhancing our platform’s analytics capabilities, ensuring users gain actionable insights from their data with ease, and driving value through intuitive, data-driven features that empower users to make informed decisions efficiently.

Please note this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our London office (Fitzrovia).

Some of the challenges you will help and lead solving for:

  1. Build and lead a high-performing, impact-driven team across multiple cultures and regions, fostering strong collaboration and alignment
  2. Develop a scalable solution that supports millions of users worldwide, efficiently managing vast amounts of data on the monday platform while ensuring performance, and seamless user experience



About The Role

  • Build and lead monday.com’s Reporting & Analytics R&D strategy and roadmap, focusing on delivering powerful reporting tools and data-driven features. 
  • Build a team & drive strong performance for the group with some of the smartest, most committed, and fun people you’ve ever worked with. 
  • Partner with the product and design teams to understand challenges and opportunities, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and performant. 
  • Set, track, and analyse KPIs to measure the success and impact of initiatives, continually refining the strategy for improvement.



Requirements

  • Experience managing a distributed group and leading engineering projects from start to finish.
  • Ability to shape an execute a product vision.
  • Ability to scale up teams and groups, nurturing talents, and experience with high-paced hiring.
  • Strong engineering acumen, Experienced in building complexed, high scale systems (SaaS- Advantage).
  • Strong communication skills, empathetic, Strong situational leadership skills
