As an Employee Relations (ER) Partner, you’ll be both hands-on and strategic—balancing the immediate need to resolve sensitive workplace matters with the long-term work of building scalable programs and policies. You’ll partner closely with People Business Partners, leaders, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure fairness, consistency, and compliance in employee relations, while also championing a culture of trust and accountability. Your role will span investigations, performance management, and proactive risk mitigation, all with the goal of fostering an inclusive, high-performing work environment.

- Strategic Partnership: Advise leaders and managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, accommodations, and conduct matters, always aligning with CoreWeave’s values and legal standards.
- Investigations: Build and conduct thorough, unbiased investigations, ensuring accurate documentation, fair outcomes, and strong collaboration with Legal.
- Policy & Compliance: Interpret and apply employment laws and company policies, ensuring consistency across the organization while mitigating risk.
- Proactive Insights: Use data and trends to identify systemic issues, recommend proactive solutions, and design scalable ER programs that reduce risk and enhance employee engagement.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with People Business Partners, Legal, and Programs to deliver frameworks, training, and resources that enable leaders and teams to navigate challenges effectively.
- Global Reach: Serve as the primary Employee Relations expert for the U.S., while also partnering on international ER matters. You bring deep expertise in U.S. employment law and practices, combined with a strong understanding of global employment considerations, enabling you to advise across multiple regions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel as needed to navigate complex, high-risk, or country-specific cases with consistency and care.

The base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $153,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
