Summary

The Managed Payroll Administrator's primary responsibilities will be providing payroll administrative support to the customers of the OSV’s UK Managed Payroll Services team. The Managed Payroll Administrator must be adaptable to a fast-paced environment with emphasis on personal initiative. This role requires a skilled payroll professional with an interest in client-facing work to provide a “best-in-class” payroll experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provides outstanding payroll services support
  • Assists the Managed Payroll Specialists with processing client payrolls using Workday
  • Inputting of payroll data to Workday including the input of data onto customer EIB’s for payroll processing
  • Perform basic payroll administrative duties including data entry and distribution of payslips, P45 & P11D forms.
  • Assists with the monitoring of tickets ensuring Service Level Agreements are maintained or exceeded for clients
  • Updates payroll records as appropriate
  • Ensures all relevant documents are filed/stored appropriately in accordance with internal policy or external regulation
  • Other related Customer-specific administration tasks

Qualifications

Education/Certification Requirements

  • High School diploma

Preferred

  • Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Able to work independently in a team environment
  • Able to follow written and verbal instruction
  • Strong communication skills with emphasis on outstanding customer service
  • Proficient in MS Word & Excel
