Be part of our dynamic CIB Payments Governance Team, where you'll collaborate with various teams to support strategic payments deals and enhance governance processes. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our deal governance and control strategies, managing business controls, and creating KPIs. Your role will also involve automating processes, ensuring data integrity, and addressing control gaps with leadership.

Job Responsibilities:
- Support ongoing Payments deal governance and sales pipeline activities.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and pricing teams on strategic payments deals.
- Partner with deal teams to prepare for committee reviews.
- Manage business controls processes to support sales.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the regional governance framework.
- Demonstrate Subject Matter Expert knowledge and guidance.
- Ensure workflow efficiency and timeliness for various actions.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint/PitchPro, Excel, Word, Tableau.
- Comfort with financial calculations and pricing concepts.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly in a dynamic environment.
- Team player who works well with colleagues of all levels in achieving results.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong technological sense and ability to navigate multiple applications.
- High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in governance processes and reporting.
- Ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment.
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Experience in deal governance or financial services.
- Ability to build solutions to automate and improve tools.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
