We are looking for an Electronics Solution Manager in the UK to drive sales through deep technical expertise.

This position reports to the Electronics Sales Director in Belluno, Italy, and will be a key liaison between Sales, Product Management, and Technical teams.

You will support the sales organization with the technical knowledge and tools necessary to effectively communicate our electronics solutions to customers, ensuring customer acceptance and building a network of satisfied, referenceable customers.

Key Responsibilities of the role:
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the sales team, providing guidance on electronics solutions.

  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to translate customer needs into product requirements.

  • Work directly with customers to understand technical requirements and recommend solutions.

  • Assist in developing sales strategies and messaging, highlighting key features and benefits.

  • Support pre-sales activities by participating in customer meetings, technical demonstrations, and answering technical questions.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and internal developments to advise the sales team.

  • Conduct training sessions for the sales force to strengthen their understanding of electronics products and solutions.

  • Gather feedback from customers and sales teams to continuously improve sales enablement tools and strategies.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the industry, preferably in technical sales or engineering.

  • Expertise in electronic controls and a deep understanding of refrigeration components, applications, and systems.

  • Strong customer focus with interpersonal and execution skills.

  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to varied audiences.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

  • Experience creating sales enablement materials such as presentations, datasheets, and product guides

  • Additional European language skills are a plus
