All about the role:
Lead the UK & Ireland D2C Sales Channel on its continued growth journey, helping to form and execute on the D2C strategy, ensuring a high level of output from an efficient and committed team including cross functional stakeholders including Marketing, Logistics, Contact Center and more.
What you'll do:
Lead and execute D2C sales strategy for UK&I to meet and exceed KPIs.
Manage sales on brand websites and coordinate closely with marketing teams to ensure commercial excellence in everything we do
Collaborate with the Product Management team to implement promotional plans, and implement category growth strategies
Analyze consumer data for conversion rate optimisation and to enhance consumer experience
Oversee secondary sales channels like marketplaces, affiliates, brand partnerships
Have a consumer first mindset to constantly interrogate our processes to elevate the consumer experience on our sites
Drive digital marketing efforts (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Display Ads).
Partner with Demand Planning to manage stock and forecast accuracy.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in consumer goods or e-commerce.
Solid knowledge of e-commerce environments and SEO/SEM.
Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in online tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Strong understanding of sales processes and market dynamics.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, matrix organization.
Proven ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
Experience in project management and implementation.
Advanced analytical and numerical interpretation skills.
Excellent planning, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
Effective team leader and coach with cultural sensitivity.

This is an office-based position working from our Luton office. Hybrid working options are available.
