It is the responsibility of an Enterprise Early Engagement specialist to ensure the best possible start to a new customer whilst onboarding with GBT.
The role will be supporting our SME Global EMEA Commercial team.

What You'll Do:

  • Engagement with prospect through final stages of sales process
  • Internal alignment post award including a review of servicing and sold products
  • Being accountable to Customer implementation readiness, implementation success and post go live trading.
  • Creation of project plan, taking into consideration activities undertaken from Sales ,Account Management and Implementation.
  • Task of onboarding – to manage expectations of the client and highlight project risk to internal stakeholders.
  • Clear practical guidance of the customer expectation. To help with change management if needed. For example, change to OBT, new policy
  • EE Support implementations and manages the clients through the first 90 days in collaboration with CGM
  • Full handover to CGM and Head Of Account Management including tracking against forecasted transactions
  • Sign off from Client on implementation satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

  • Creation and tracking of client projects, keeping external and internal clients updated.
  • Gather and share best practices across Customers, CGM team and Business Managers
  • Adapt communication style to ensure you engage with both internal and external customers
  • Facilitate, compile and oversee execution of actions plans
  • Actively tracking time used for ongoing Client, CGM and Business Manager Support.
  • Ability to understand and support implementation of new products and services
  • Demonstrate good financial competence and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Using existing travel knowledge and also GBT knowledge to guide prospects through
  • implementation
  • Frequent client facing meetings would be a requirement
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills to provide outstanding customer service
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Ability to understand and support implementation of new products and services
  • Demonstrate good financial competence and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work effectively with both internal and external customers
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and good time management skills via a database
  • Customer Obsession
  • Proficiency in a second language is advantageous but not essential.

This role is based in the UK but will support global customers specifically EMEA and NORAM.
