Then join us as a member of our amazing B2B eCommerce Center of Excellence (CoE) team and ensure we stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies in e-commerce! IMPORTANT: Please note there will be no relocation budget for this position.

Core Responsibilities

  • Understanding business needs of our Western Europe markets and retailers, translating those needs into technical requirements and being the voice into global forums to ensure prioritization of projects and development requests
  • Contributing in setting tech direction for ecommerce content, bringing recommendations of innovation and capabilities to the digital team
  • Driving the rollout of global tools in the region to internal stakeholders and external retailers
  • Taking regional ownership for our global tools related to ecommerce content and analytics, including new feature roadmap execution and tracking
  • Ensuring clear communication about priorities, developments, and changes to all stakeholders across the business, promoting transparency and understanding.
  • Gathering actionable feedback from users to ensure quality of the global tools and continuous improvement
  • Coordinating integration with 3rd parties (Syndication Partners, Content Monitoring solutions, …)
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and across functions. This role will work closely with local businesses units, global marketing teams, global internal creative agency, global tech product teams, external tech providers, as well as internal analytics and insights teams
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies in e-commerce and content analytics to ensure sustained commercial momentum

The B2B eCommerce Center of Excellence (CoE) is responsible for driving all digital and eCommerce-related initiatives across the Western Europe region. Within this, technology and tools are the biggest enabler of the team. As a Technical Project Manager, you are responsible for ensuring we support our retailers by making sure their needs are met and they are able to provide a great shopping experience, using automation where possible. You will also partner with our Global CoE, internal digital technology team, and external tech partners to build efficiencies, improve processes and enable internal teams to deliver, monitor and optimize our best in class content.

Our future growth relies on strengthening our eCommerce and omnichannel strategy through seamless execution with our B2B customers. The mission of the eCommerce CoE is to develop and implement a cohesive digital shopper strategy, using the strengths of the LEGO® brand and our world-class Operating Model. This team drives innovation in digital commerce, inspiring the broader regional commercial organization to enhance shopper engagement and eCommerce performance.

Do you have what it takes:

  • Demonstrated ability in eCommerce working as technical project manager or technical program manager. Experience in the field of content, marketing and/or site management a plus.
  • Strong project management and problem solving/troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate across functions and communicate clearly
  • Great time management and organizational skills as well as the ability to prioritize.
  • Very strong communication skills and the ability to connect business groups and technical teams. Being able to clearly explain updates and processes to people of all levels of technical understanding
  • Experience with HTML and CSS a plus
  • Experience working in agile a plus
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
