This Opportunity 

We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Manager to join our team in the EMEA region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead digital adoption strategies and drive e-commerce growth within our captive store network. 

How you will make an impact: 

  • Lead and implement a local digital adoption strategy for the captive store network, aligning with AC EMEA objectives. 

  • Co-develop a customer adoption plan with your commercial counterparts to achieve yearly targets, including digital sales, margin, and omnichannel customers. 

  • Break down regional digital sales goals by customer profile and market, driving tactics to achieve these goals. 

  • Manage the roll-out of market adoption programs, measure performance, and ensure programs meet KPIs. 

  • Collaborate with local, regional, and global functional owners (sales/marketing, digital, IT) to succeed. 

  • Work closely with market commercial excellence counterparts to design change management programs, sales rep and customer training. 

What You'll Bring: 

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, driving customer and business adoption and impact, with a focus on B2B. 

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an international (digital) business, preferably responsible for digital/e-commerce channel performance. 

  • Exceptional data analytics skills and the ability to set measurable goals and provide insights on industry trends. 

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to present work to general management and executive stakeholders. 

  • Comprehensive understanding of the market landscape, both through a technology and competitor lens. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and language. 

  • Ability to think and act entrepreneurially, leveraging a lean mindset.
