Position Summary
As a data science product manager, you will support new and ongoing data science projects from the analytical perspective: business validation, product fit, data analysis, and data preparation. You will participate in the full lifecycle of data science projects — from ideation and proof of concept, through development, to production release and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Design to develop data-driven strategies.
Analyze product performance data to extract insights and support decision-making.
Develop and maintain data pipelines using SQL, Python, and Spark to handle large-scale datasets.
Build and test predictive models, with a focus on personalization and recommendation systems.
Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations to enhance user experience and engagement.
Support the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of data-driven solutions in a production environment.
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar role.
Proven proficiency in SQL for querying and managing data.
Strong programming skills in Python for data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
Hands-on experience with Spark for distributed data processing.
Background in gaming – an advantage.
Experience as a business/product analyst in a data tools company – an advantage.
