As the DPI Process Automation Apprentice on our Data Science & Analytics team, you'll have the exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of robotic process automation solutions while learning and growing in a dynamic environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
What you'll learn & achieve:
- Conduct thorough process analysis and requirements gathering
- Create comprehensive requirements and test case documentation
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing
- Interview process owners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to collect detailed business process information
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current state processes
- Engage in scrum meetings and follow Agile development methodologies
- Analyze and document business processes at a keystroke level
- Learn the capabilities and limitations of robotics software tools
- Observe and analyze processes to understand steps, interdependencies, and applications used in automation
- Communicate effectively between business process owners and developers to ensure clear understanding and successful project implementation
QUALIFICATIONS

- Successful completion of the DPI career development program
- Technical writing experience
- Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle Management
- Strong process analysis and flow charting skills
- Proficiency in MS Visio
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
What we offer:
- Total Rewards: The hourly rate for this role is $30.00/hour. This apprenticeship is a 12-month program and requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.
