Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain document control systems and procedures.
- Receive, log, track, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents.
- Ensure documents are filed and archived according to company standards.
- Maintain version control and ensure only current versions are in circulation.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.
- Monitor document workflows and ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare reports on document status and compliance.
- Train staff on document control procedures and systems.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.
- Support audits and inspections by providing required documentation.
- Perform administrative function on EDMS systems by assigning user roles and permissions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in document control or records management.
- Good working knowledge of EDMS - Bentley ProjectWise, ALIM Web AssetWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Asite, Business Collaborator, Teamcenter etc.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise work and meet target deadlines.
- Knowledge of ISO standards related to document control.
