The Challenge

Managing high-volume hiring across sales, engineering and customer care in multiple markets requires agility, foresight, and operational excellence. With teams spanning Europe and the US, you will need to adapt hiring strategies to local talent landscapes, ensuring a consistent, high-quality recruitment process while maintaining a strong employer brand.

You will be responsible for evolving our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring we hire the best people efficiently and effectively. This role calls for a forward-thinking leader who understands competitive hiring landscapes and can implement scalable, innovative solutions that support business growth.

What will you be doing?

Reporting to the VP of People, you will be responsible for shaping and leading a world-class recruitment function that supports TravelPerk’s continued expansion. You will:

  • Lead and develop a Talent Acquisition team of 15+, including TA Managers, ensuring they are equipped to scale hiring effectively.
  • Design and implement a global hiring strategy that supports rapid growth across Europe and the US, aligning talent acquisition with TravelPerk’s business objectives.
  • Oversee high-volume hiring, managing 100+ hires per quarter across key business functions while maintaining a focus on quality, efficiency, and candidate experience.
  • Enhance recruitment operations by leveraging automation, AI, and advanced analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Strengthen TravelPerk’s employer brand, positioning the company as an employer of choice in competitive global markets.
  • Own and refine assessment frameworks and hiring methodologies, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with business needs.
  • Use recruitment analytics to diagnose hiring challenges, identifying market-specific obstacles and implementing targeted solutions.
  • Partner with senior leadership and business partners globally, aligning hiring strategies with company growth objectives and ensuring seamless integration of new talent.


What will you need to succeed?

  • Proven ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing recruitment teams (15+ people) in fast-paced, international environments.
  • Expertise in managing large-scale hiring initiatives across multiple business functions, with a particular focus on SaaS sales recruitment.
  • A deep understanding of global talent acquisition trends, employer branding, and best-in-class recruitment strategies.
  • A data-driven mindset, using analytics and automation to drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and C-level executives, ensuring talent acquisition aligns with broader business strategy.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex hiring needs across different regions and functions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively represent TravelPerk in the talent market.
