About Role:

 We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Strategic Initiatives and Innovation to join our team. This individual contributor role is designed for a seasoned professional who excels in offering consultancy services to solve large, complex business problems. This role will support high-impact operational initiatives, including digital transformation and the adoption of emerging technologies like Generative AI (GenAI), to deliver measurable benefits and unlock new value across the organization.

        Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with senior leadership and stakeholders to define and execute strategies that align with business objectives, foster innovation, and improve operational efficiency.

  • Driving actionable insights through strategic thinking and analytical skills.

  • Leveraging GenAI to identify and execute innovative use cases.

  • Leading the cultural transformation of the Operations team by promoting the adoption of GenAI technologies and fostering continuous learning and agility.

  • Champion agility within the team, encouraging rapid experimentation and adaptive planning.

  • Research new ideas and market developments to stay ahead of industry trends.

  • Building strong networks internally and externally to support strategic priorities.

  • Solve complex problems and advance strategic priorities in a dynamic environment.

Strategic Project Delivery and Benefit Maximization:

  • Collaborate with leadership to refine Operations strategy.

  • Serve as a thought leader, providing insights to navigate uncertainty.

Strategic Analysis and Problem Solving:

  • Conduct comprehensive business analyses to identify challenges and opportunities.

  • Break down complex problems using data-driven insights.

  • Integrate best practices and innovative solutions to improve processes.

  • Align project goals with business priorities through cross-functional collaboration.

  • Develop innovative solutions, business cases, and implementation roadmaps.

Consultancy and Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends.

  • Provide insights for strategic planning and business development.

  • Engage with senior leadership to understand strategic goals and business needs.

  • Provide expert advice to guide decision-making processes.

  • Facilitate workshops and present findings with actionable insights.

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Generative AI Cultural Transformation:

  • Lead the cultural transformation of the Operations team with a focus on agility and integrating GenAI.

  • Drive a mindset shift towards embracing AI and data-driven decision-making.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and agility.

  • Champion the ethical use of AI, ensuring transparency, fairness, and accountability.

  • Develop and implement training programs to improve AI literacy and capability.

  • Act as a change agent to manage resistance and promote the adoption of GenAI technologies.

  • Monitor and measure the impact of GenAI initiatives on team performance and operational efficiency.

Generative AI Use Case Identification and Implementation:

  • Identify and evaluate potential use cases for GenAI.

  • Develop and implement strategies for GenAI solutions.

  • Accelerate key projects including digital transformation and GenAI initiatives.

Customer Centricity and Experience:

  • Champion a customer-centric approach by understanding customer needs and pain points.

  • Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Leverage new technologies to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a strategic role with a focus on consultancy and solving complex business problems.

  • Strong understanding of digital transformation and emerging technologies, including GenAI.

  • Exceptional ability to collaborate with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive actionable insights that lead to measurable business outcomes.

  • Excellent research skills and a strategic mindset.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of championing innovation and transformation.
