  • Lead Innovative Campaigns: Lead the charge in crafting promotional campaigns that captivate players, including designing bundles and driving player reactivation efforts.
  • Communicate with Impact: Manage integrated product communication initiatives, developing full-funnel marketing campaigns that ensure cohesive messaging across the organization.
  • Leverage Insights: Utilize player feedback and market data to generate actionable insights, monitor performance metrics, and inform continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate for Success: Partner with executive leadership to align cross-functional teams and initiatives with our overarching product and monetization objectives.
Requirements

What we're looking for:

  • 5-7 years of work experience in product or e-commerce marketing, with a passion for gaming and player engagement.
  • Proven track record in crafting innovative pricing frameworks and monetization strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance player retention.
  • Hands-on experience managing key revenue and retention metrics, demonstrating a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Expertise in designing and launching integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with players, including the creation of compelling promotional offers, bundles, and reactivation strategies.
  • Strong ability to communicate strategic insights effectively to executive stakeholders, influencing product direction and marketing initiatives.
  • Demonstrated eagerness to leverage AI-driven tools in daily operations, enhancing data analysis, optimizing campaigns, and driving strategic decision-making.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from market research and performance data.
  • Strong attention to detail, so you'll notice that we'd like you to please mention "Kattegat" in your application.
  • Experience in setting and monitoring KPIs to evaluate and optimize campaign performance continuously.
  • Success in collaborating cross-functionally with diverse teams, such as Content, Marketing, Product, Operations, and FP&A, to align initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Proficiency in utilizing data analytics to inform pricing strategies, promotional tactics, and market insights, with a focus on mitigating revenue-related risks.

Bonus points if you've got:

  • Experience in gaming or live operations, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within this space.
  • History of managing customer engagement and in-app promotions, showcasing a player-centric approach to marketing.
  • A creative and agile mindset, with a record of pioneering innovative monetization and marketing strategies in fast-paced environments.
  • In-depth technical expertise in data analytics, A/B testing methodologies, and emerging technologies that enhance marketing effectiveness.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary
  • Group Retirement Savings Plan matching & participation
  • Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, and vision) including Health + Wellness spending account
  • Generous time off policies

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
