About the role
As a Director of Partnerships, EMEA, you will join as a core member of the EMEA Commercial team and be responsible for leading a team of high-performing partner managers, expanding Airwallex’s existing partnerships, and helping to shape the future of our commercial strategy across the region.
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven leader to drive the next phase of our growth in EMEA.
What You'll Be Doing...
Lead a high-performing and diverse team of partner managers and accelerate the growth of four existing verticals: Professional Services, eCommerce, Music & Entertainment, and VC and Startups
Continue to test new vertical opportunities that have high revenue potential and drive their successful launch
Unlock more scalability for the function with the development and execution of a GTM for product-led / integrated partnerships with technology companies
Collaborate closely with country heads in France and the Netherlands to expand into new markets and build the team to achieve our objectives
Work cross-functionally with EMEA and Global leaders to deliver priority revenue and efficiency initiatives
Represent Airwallex at industry events and conferences, and speak on relevant panels and webinars
What You Bring...
8+ years operating in commercial, strategy, and/or product roles in a fast-paced environment, with 3+ years leading teams
Fintech or payments experience preferred, but not mandatory
Have repeatedly outperformed OKRs / KPIs in previous roles
Outstanding academic record; MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred
