About the Role: 

CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our Cloud Security sales efforts across Europe. In this strategic leadership position, you will manage a team of senior sales professionals while driving CrowdStrike's rapidly growing Cloud Security portfolio. As organizations accelerate their cloud adoption, you'll play a pivotal role in helping them secure their digital transformation journey with our industry-leading solutions.

The ideal candidate will combine exceptional sales leadership abilities with deep cloud security expertise, enabling you to articulate CrowdStrike's GTM strategies to senior customer executives throughout your assigned territory. You will build and nurture a high-performing team that consistently exceeds targets while delivering exceptional value to our customers and partners.

This position is a Director-level opportunity within our Field Sales team. We are seeking qualified candidates located in the UK or Spain (preferred).

What You'll Do:

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and develop a team of senior sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and creating career-making experiences for your direct reports

  • Provide day-to-day personnel management, including coaching, performance management, and professional development

  • Drive team accountability through effective territory planning, account planning, forecasting, and quota management

Strategic Sales Planning & Execution

  • Develop and execute comprehensive regional strategies to accelerate Cloud Security revenue growth

  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through strategic prospecting and account development

  • Scope, negotiate and close agreements that exceed booking and revenue quota targets

  • Apply MEDDPICC sales methodology to qualify opportunities and drive predictable results

Customer & Prospect Engagement

  • Target and gain access to decision makers in key prospect accounts across your assigned territory

  • Position CrowdStrike's Cloud Security portfolio effectively against competitors

  • Deliver compelling sales presentations that articulate our unique value proposition

  • Manage short-term, mid-term, and long-term opportunity development

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with peers across functions (Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Development)

  • Create visibility with target accounts and drive engagement at both individual contributor and executive levels

  • Maintain accurate prospect information using Salesforce.com/CLARI and other data analytics tools

Partner Ecosystem Management

  • Work strategically with our partner ecosystem to leverage their established account presence and relationships

  • Develop joint go-to-market strategies with key partners to accelerate market penetration

What You'll Need:

  • Proven success leading a sales team, with 3+ years of sales management experience

  • 10+ years of successful solution sales experience in cybersecurity software and/or infrastructure products

  • Demonstrated history of exceeding booking and revenue targets as a first-line leader in major/large enterprise accounts

  • Strong understanding of Cloud Security, SaaS technologies, and competitive offerings in the marketplace

  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales techniques

  • Ability to build executive relationships and articulate CrowdStrike's product and business strategies

  • Aptitude for explaining complex technical concepts to various audiences with different skill levels

  • Strong problem-solving skills and systematic approach to resolving complex challenges

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills

  • Strong time management, organizational and decision-making capabilities

  • Self-motivation with ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Willingness to travel as required to support customer and team needs

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with MEDDPICC sales methodology

  • Knowledge of specific European markets and regulatory environments (GDPR, NIS2)

  • Experience selling to financial services, government, or healthcare sectors

  • Proficiency in multiple European languages

  • Cloud platform certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Experience selling cloud workload protection, CSPM, or cloud identity security solutions

  • Track record of successfully building and scaling sales teams in high-growth environments
