About the Role 

This is an exciting time to join the OMG Marketplace UK team, as curation and specialised marketplace products become more prevalent in the programmatic landscape. OMG Marketplace UK is at the forefront of this movement, as the original agency specialised marketplace, with exposure to cross-channel strategy planning. 

With access to the UK’s leading brands, you will have a unique opportunity to gain a wealth of knowledge across programmatic planning and buying, strategy, and inventory standards to create better ways of working for our clients. Helping them navigate an ever-changing landscape. 

This role will be reporting into the Senior Planning Manager overseeing planning strategy and product solutions for Omnicom Media Group’s UK agencies – OMD, PHD, Hearts and Science, and MGOMD. 

 

About You 

We are looking for a candidate who has high levels of organisation and adaptability with an eagerness to learn. We are a tight-knit team so having great rapport and working together to meet common goals will be essential. As you become comfortable in the role, we will encourage a challenger mindset and to help bring your ideas to life and create the best product for our clients. 

Knowledge of the programmatic planning and buying is welcomed. However, this is an entry-level role so we will provide demand-side platform (DSP) and supply-side platform (SSP) training. In addition to hands-on guidance through a complex landscape. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Proactively bridge agency asks and publisher capabilities with Senior Planning Manager to influence product development: 
  • Successfully build relationships with key publishers to support the creation and roll out of planning product solutions. 
  • Be a key liaison in publisher monthly meetings to discuss campaign status and product updates. 
  • Confidently navigate and represent OMG Marketplace UK with internal stakeholders (agencies) to craft test frameworks and secure investment required for product development testing. 
  • Foster a collaborative culture with programmatic activation teams to deliver high quality brief responses. 
  • Routinely update and improve planning tools. 
  • Upkeeping operational excellence in deal mapping and delivery.
