Role Purpose:
As a Data Analyst in our consulting team, you will help shape how businesses across Ireland and the UK use data to drive digital improvement. You’ll deliver clear, impactful insights, build strong client relationships, and contribute to OutForm’s ongoing development—all within a supportive, ambitious, and people-first environment.

Skills & Experience
Must-Haves (Core Competencies)
Technical Core
- Strong Power BI expertise (dashboard development, data modelling, visualisation best practice)
- Proficiency in Power Query and DAX
- Advanced Excel capability
- Solid understanding of ETL concepts
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights
Consulting Core
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable and confident in building client engagement and stakeholder relationships
- Ability to capture requirements and translate them into digital solutions
- Ability to plan, organise, and report on digital project delivery
- A curious, proactive mindset with the ability to quickly understand client challenges and identify opportunities
Nice-to-Haves (Complementary Expertise)
Microsoft & Data Stack
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Microsoft Fabric
- SQL experience (query development, model design, database architecture)
- Cloud solution experience, ideally Microsoft Azure
- Data engineering capability (ETL automation, pipeline creation)
- Knowledge of data governance principles
- Experience contributing to data strategy or enterprise data design
- Experience working with APIs or integrating systems
Architecture / Digital Skills
- Understanding of data architecture or enterprise architecture
- Exposure to solutions architecture
- Business analysis skills (process mapping, capturing functional/non-functional requirements, user stories)
Other Useful Skills
- Presentation development and expectation management
- Experience using AI tools, including LLMs, to enhance productivity
