YETI is looking for an experienced, self-motivated Digital Product Manager that will help to expand digital growth within our eCommerce ecosystem. In this role, you will support transformational priorities on EU.YETI.com digital product roadmap, reporting directly to our Ecommerce Director

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute a digital product strategy aligned with YETI’s goals and customer needs. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify trends and opportunities. Create a clear product roadmap and prioritize features based on business impact, user value, and technical feasibility.
  • Project Management: Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful product delivery. Working with project management to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Lead and Mentor: Manage and develop a Business Analyst reporting directly into you, fostering their growth and supporting their contributions to our team’s success.
  • Make Data-Driven Decisions: Work closely with Trade, Data and Analytics and Development to analyze data, establish KPIs, and refine product direction based on metrics and insights.
  • Identify industry trends: Use industry trends and the latest technology to inform the product roadmap. Working with Shopify to understand upcoming features.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with Trade, Data and Analytics, and the Development Team to ensure seamless product development and impactful launches.
  • Gather and Define Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather product requirements, turning business needs and customer insights into clear actions for the development team.
  • Engage with Stakeholders: Communicate product plans effectively, balancing stakeholder needs and maintaining strong, transparent relationships across departments.
  • Adapt and Problem-Solve: Adjust strategies based on market feedback, solve roadblocks swiftly, and keep the product moving forward in a dynamic environment.
  • You will proactively own and align an actionable roadmap inclusive of customer and business partners’ needs to build both incremental and innovative experiences for your customers
  • You will identify, refine, and document specifications and tickets, working with multi-disciplinary teams (engineering, design, project management, etc.) to deliver features to our consumers

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 6 years of experience in direct-to-consumer Product Management (Retail or eCommerce experience preferred) 
  • Demonstrated ability to work in successful collaboration with UX and Engineering, and other cross-functional teams
  • Communicates information in a concise and organized fashion; strong written communication skills
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring team members, with a supportive and results-focused approach.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to leverage data to inform product decisions, set KPIs, and drive performance improvements.
  • eCommerce Experience (Desirable): Experience in eCommerce product management, including familiarity with conversion rate optimisation, customer journey improvements, and online sales strategies.
  • Requirement Gathering Expertise: Strong ability to gather and interpret requirements from multiple sources and translate them into actionable steps for development and delivery.
  • Technical Literacy: Familiarity with development processes and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong skills in articulating product vision and balancing priorities across multiple stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Resourceful, adaptable, and calm under pressure, with a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles.
  • Agile mindset: Experience working with Agile methodologies within a development team
  • Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Tableau 
  • YETI offers a hybrid work environment, but this role is based in Bristol UK
