We are currently going through a period of growth, and this role will play an important part in the expansion of the business. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who will contribute to our growth and elevate our market position through innovative marketing.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The ideal candidate will have a mix of technical, analytical, creative, and strategic skills to succeed in this role. This role requires you to develop, implement and manage marketing campaigns and branding assets that promote the Servent brand. This role plays a large part in enhancing our brand awareness within the global tech market and Microsoft Partner ecosystem. Being the digital lead within the business, you’ll need to have strategic know-how coupled with the creativity and a technical ability to deliver world class digital content.
Essential Experience
· Capable of storytelling through high quality marketing material to bring our capabilities to life
· Can write impactful marketing content such as case studies highlighting our success with our customers
· Experience of working in a technology company and ideally exposure to the Microsoft Partner ecosystem
· Web site design with proficiency in HTML and CSS
· Experience using tools such as Adobe Content Cloud, Figma and Framer
· Proficient with Microsoft tools such as Microsoft 365 and Teams but specifically Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
· Experience of working with CRM platforms to execute marketing campaigns ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
· Ideally, 3+ years hands on digital marketing experience.
· A strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies.
· Ability to analyse data and make data driven decisions.
· Strong creative skills to develop engaging content and campaigns
· Familiarity with marketing automation tools and web analytic tools
· Strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously.
· Confident in virtual collaboration tools; Microsoft Teams, Office 365, SharePoint Online.
· Skilled with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Own, create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals directly contributing to our growth.
· Plan, execute and optimise advertising campaigns across various platforms such as LinkedIn.
· Create engaging high-quality content for our website, and social media.
· Implement and execute email marketing through our CRM platform Microsoft Dynamics 365.
· Implement and manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
· Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance and prepare detailed reports to measure ROI and KPIs.
· Develop and manage social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
· Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts including the creation any sales and marketing literature.
· Creation of internal company templates in line with company branding and support the creation of ad-hoc material for the wider Servent team.
· Work with Project Managers and Customers to bring successful projects to life through case studies and supporting campaigns
· Creation and publication of company newsletters for customers.
· Ensure effective communication with staff and stakeholders (including third parties and suppliers).
· Working with external PR organisations to promote Servent across different channels.
· Working with Microsoft to ensure our marketing strategies align with Microsoft focus areas.
· Maintaining the design and updating of our company website and managing the forward-looking change plan.
