The Role: 

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager, Paid Advertising to develop and execute paid advertising programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across the EMEA region, with a focus in the UK and France. This role will own the paid advertising strategy with a strong focus on LinkedIn, Google, and 6sense, ensuring all programs are tailored to the diverse cultural, regulatory, and market differences across EMEA.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the paid advertising strategy for the EMEA region, driving awareness and demand through LinkedIn, Google Ads, and 6sense, tailored to the specific needs of each market.

  • Develop and execute campaigns aligned with pipeline, revenue, and brand awareness goals, collaborating with sales and regional marketing teams.

  • Ensure all advertising initiatives fully comply with GDPR and local data privacy regulations across the EMEA markets.

  • Adapt campaigns to reflect language, cultural, and market nuances in different countries within EMEA.

  • Continuously optimize campaign performance, focusing on KPIs such as CTR, conversion rates, CPL, and contribution to pipeline.

  • Leverage 6sense and other platforms to build targeted audiences using firmographic, technographic, and intent data specific to the EMEA region.

  • Partner closely with the Director, Web Operations and Digital Marketing Manager, SEO to ensure brand consistency across our paid and organic channels. 

  • Stay ahead of evolving trends in paid advertising, including AI search, targeting innovations, and evolving platform capabilities.

  • Provide regular performance reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders, with a focus on regional effectiveness and compliance.

  • Collaborate with content, creative, and product marketing teams to ensure ad messaging resonates with diverse EMEA audiences.

  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for paid channel expansion within EMEA to accelerate growth and increase regional impact.

  • Manage budgets and vendor relationships to maximize ROI across markets.

 

About You: 
The ideal candidate has deep expertise in B2B paid advertising, stays on top of digital marketing trends, including advancements in AI search and understands the complexities of advertising across multiple countries while ensuring full GDPR compliance.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on B2B paid advertising.

  • Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and 6sense.

  • Proven track record of building successful paid media programs in the U.S. market.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy and optimization.

  • Deep understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and intent-based marketing.

  • Passion for staying ahead of industry trends, particularly AI search advancements and martech innovation.

  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
