Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital & IT Manager to lead our digital initiatives and our day to day IT activities in Ormeau, Australia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business acumen, problem-solving skills, and IT project management expertise, along with hands-on experience managing daily IT operations. This role will be pivotal in driving our organization's digital evolution, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering innovation and ensuring a stable and efficient IT environment. A key aspect of this role involves collaboration and coordination with European and Asian stakeholders.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.

  • Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects related to digital transformation, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize business processes through digital solutions and automation.

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders, including European teams, to understand their needs and translate them into digital solutions.

  • Problem Solving: Analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

  • Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies to determine their potential impact on the business.

  • Change Management: Facilitate organizational change and ensure smooth adoption of new digital tools and processes.

  • Budget Management: Manage project budgets and resources effectively. Also manage the IT operational budget, ensuring cost efficiency and value for money.

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on project progress and digital transformation initiatives.

  • International Collaboration: Effectively communicate and collaborate with European/Asian stakeholders, understanding cultural nuances and time zone differences.

  • Daily IT Operations: Oversee the day-to-day IT operations, including but not limited to, laptop replacement, local application management, user support, and maintenance of IT infrastructure. Ensure timely resolution of IT issues and minimize downtime.

  • Asset Management: Manage IT assets, including hardware and software inventory, and maintain accurate records. Coordinate the timely replacement and disposal of IT equipment.

Are you a MATCH?
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital product management, and IT operations management with a proven track record of successful product launches and iterations and managing daily IT functions.

  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, and IT infrastructure management.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform product decisions.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical 1 audiences.  

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve complex problems creatively and effectively, including technical issues in daily IT operations.

  • Customer Focus: Passion for understanding and meeting customer needs.

  • Location: Ormeau, Australia

Nice to have :

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, Power BI, Monday.com, SFDC would be helpful

  • Experience in the Healthcare industry

  • Relevant certifications ( Certified Product Manager, Agile Certified Practitioner)
