We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital & IT Manager to lead our digital initiatives and our day to day IT activities in Ormeau, Australia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business acumen, problem-solving skills, and IT project management expertise, along with hands-on experience managing daily IT operations. This role will be pivotal in driving our organization's digital evolution, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering innovation and ensuring a stable and efficient IT environment. A key aspect of this role involves collaboration and coordination with European and Asian stakeholders.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.
Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects related to digital transformation, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize business processes through digital solutions and automation.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders, including European teams, to understand their needs and translate them into digital solutions.
Problem Solving: Analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies to determine their potential impact on the business.
Change Management: Facilitate organizational change and ensure smooth adoption of new digital tools and processes.
Budget Management: Manage project budgets and resources effectively. Also manage the IT operational budget, ensuring cost efficiency and value for money.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on project progress and digital transformation initiatives.
International Collaboration: Effectively communicate and collaborate with European/Asian stakeholders, understanding cultural nuances and time zone differences.
Daily IT Operations: Oversee the day-to-day IT operations, including but not limited to, laptop replacement, local application management, user support, and maintenance of IT infrastructure. Ensure timely resolution of IT issues and minimize downtime.
Asset Management: Manage IT assets, including hardware and software inventory, and maintain accurate records. Coordinate the timely replacement and disposal of IT equipment.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital product management, and IT operations management with a proven track record of successful product launches and iterations and managing daily IT functions.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, and IT infrastructure management.
Analytical Skills: Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform product decisions.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical 1 audiences.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve complex problems creatively and effectively, including technical issues in daily IT operations.
Customer Focus: Passion for understanding and meeting customer needs.
