ClickHouse is looking for a skilled web engineer with a good eye for design to join our team and help evolve our Marketing Website. If you’ve got a passion for web design and development, and are excited to jump in and start making a difference, we would love to hear from you. Our tech stack includes React (Next.js), Tailwind CSS, Strapi CMS, and Figma. 

What you will do:

  • Take a leading role in the development of our Marketing website, ClickHouse.com.
  • Work alongside others in the Design team to implement our brand effectively across the website.
  • Team up with Demand Generation team to design and build out landing pages for A/B testing or advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Marketing teams to establish new ways to automate existing processes in Strapi, our CMS.
  • Establish and uphold a high level of code quality within our website codebase.
  • Help ensure visual polish across the website.
  • Contribute to our design system, Click UI, with both designs and code. 

What you will bring:

  • 2-7 years of frontend engineering experience.
  • Strong proficiency in React.
  • Excellent visual design skills and understanding of UX principles.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a willingness to take the initiative on projects.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and to continuously grow. 

Bonus Points for:

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record for delivering results in fast-moving environments.
  • Experience effectively working remotely in a global, distributed organization.
  • A passion for working with design systems and improving them.
  • Prior experience developing with SEO best practices in mind.
Compensation

This role offers cash compensation and a stock options grant. For roles based in the United States, you can find above our typical starting salary ranges for this role, depending on your specific location. 

The positioning of offers within a certain range depends on various factors, including: candidate experience, qualifications, skills, business requirements and geographical location.
