The expected salary range for this position is $100,000-$120,000. This role may also be eligible for incentive compensation under the sales plan for the position. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.

- Strategic Sales Opportunity Support
- Best-in-class training (internal and external) Support
- Serve as Industry Leader for Dental & Vision for MetLife
- Serve as key contact with Dental/Vision Consultants and brokers
- Subject Matter Expertise and Competitive Intelligence for Dental & Vision Products
- Enhance partnerships by building, growing and maintaining relationships with sales partners, intermediaries and peers
- Promote positive culture within assigned product vertical and the COE
- Compliance with policy guidelines and adherence to assigned budgets, as applicable, including 30-day expense reimbursement submissions
Job Requirements/Qualifications
- 10+ years of Dental and Vision experience.
- Life and Health License in all States required within 90 days of hire
Key Competencies, Qualifications and Skills, Preferred
- 10+ years of Dental & Vision Industry knowledge (Underwriting, Claims, Sales Process)
- Knowledge of all Dental & Vision product lines preferred
- Strong knowledge competitors and Industry Best Practices
- Key relationships with brokers and consultants
- Ability to create strong internal and external partnerships
- Bachelors or Advance Degree Preferred
