As a Demand Generation Marketing Associate, you will design multichannel campaigns, analyze performance, manage data, and support marketing initiatives.

At Everbridge, we have a fantastic opportunity for an early-career marketer to join our Global Demand Center as a Demand Generation Marketing Associate. This is a remote/homebased role to be based anywhere in the UK.
In this role, you’ll partner with our EMEA go-to-market teams to design and deliver multichannel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue. You’ll gain hands-on experience with leading marketing tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, and AI platforms, giving you a strong foundation for a career in demand generation or marketing operations.
What you'll do:
- Build and deliver campaigns in Marketo, Salesforce, and AI tools, including emails, nurture tracks, and landing pages.
- Manage list segmentation, data uploads, and database hygiene to maintain accuracy and integrity.
- Support promotion of digital and in-person events through multichannel campaign execution.
- Analyze campaign performance and reporting data, providing insights to improve ROI and pipeline contribution.
- Contribute to the optimization of lead scoring models and lead management processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve campaign and workflow issues.
- Learn, develop, and grow your skills in MarTech, Salesforce, and AI tools to modernize and optimize demand generation programs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams and external agencies to ensure consistent execution and messaging across campaigns.
What you'll bring:
- 1+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience.
- Hands-on experience executing campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce, with an understanding of data workflows.
- Familiarity with AI, MarTech, or analytics tools, with a drive for continuous learning to modernize and optimize demand generation.
- Strong project coordination skills—comfortable managing timelines, tasks, and stakeholders to keep campaigns on track.
- Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills; English fluency (written, verbal, and presentation).
- Curiosity and ambition to grow into more advanced demand generation/marketing operations roles.
- Experience working with remote, global teams is desirable but not essential.
- Bachelor or Postgraduate Degree in a STEM subject (or equivalent) preferred.
