About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking a Delegate Acquisition and Engagement Manager to join our high-impact Global Motorsport Partnerships team. This dynamic role blends strategic field marketing with experiential motorsport event execution to create unforgettable experiences for our most important customers and prospects. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to amplify the value of our motorsports sponsorships while accelerating pipeline and strengthening key relationships.
What You'll Do:
Executive Events Delegate Acquisition, Nominations Management:
Acquisition Strategy Development
Collaborate with the Global Motorsport Partnerships team to define goals KPIs and success metrics for delegate acquisition across motorsports events and campaigns.
In conjunction with Executive Lead, Global Motorsport Partnerships Team, Sales and Marketing, identify target audience and criteria for nominations and delegate acquisition for Executive events and activations
Manage and execute master delegate acquisition plans in line with key sales and strategic targets and objectives including, but not limited to, pipeline acceleration within cold and strategically important customer accounts.
Develop and maintain an executive program database through the curation of various strategic data, working with relevant members of the Sales, Marketing and Operations teams and with 3rd party agencies as necessary.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Internal Alignment:
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Executive teams to align sponsorship activations with strategic business objectives.
Build strong relationships with regional teams to identify key target accounts for delegate engagement.
Coordinate across the Global Motorsport Partnerships team, Field Marketing, and Regional Marketing to drive cohesive campaigns.
Delegate Management & Acquisition Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive delegate acquisition and nominations strategy aligned with sales priorities.
Define audience criteria, nomination processes, and communication cadences.
Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure efficient delegate approvals and adherence to all regulations.
Maintain and manage executive program databases with curated inputs from Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
Support rollout of nomination campaigns and maintain regular touchpoints with regional teams and leadership.
Support delegate communications, and audience engagement strategies.
Partner with third-party vendors and agencies to ensure seamless end-to-end event execution.
Execution and Management:
Support launch and roll-out of nominations and acquisition plan to Sales regions working directly with Regional Leads, Sales Management, Regional Marketing, and their teams as appropriate, keeping the Global Motorsport Partnerships team up to date and informed.
Track and manage nominations review process in collaboration with the Global Motorsport Partnerships team and delegate management third party agency.
Coordinate on behalf of the Global Motorsport Partnerships team the legal compliance process including working with the Compliance team to streamline working practices.
Upon delegate registration, verify and confirm attendance, updating systems and stakeholders accordingly and handover to the delegate management team.
Collate and document customer profile information for the intention of sharing with Event hosts
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven amends as required.
Support roll out of new nominations process
Analytics, Reporting & Campaign Optimization:
Monitor campaign performance metrics in real-time and adjust strategies as needed.
Deliver regular performance reports on delegate nominations, registration, and engagement.
Lead weekly update communications and cadence meetings with internal stakeholders.
Ensure accurate tracking of delegates and campaign ROI via Salesforce (SFDC) and other systems.
What You'll Need:
6+ years of experience in field marketing, events, or demand generation, preferably in a B2B tech or enterprise environment.
Proven success in event execution, corporate hospitality, and account-based marketing (ABM).
Expertise in stakeholder alignment, executive engagement, and programmatic campaign design.
Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in Salesforce (SFDC), Excel, and reporting tools.
