Based in Cranfield, Bedfordshire, NTCE (Nissan Technical Centre, Europe) is our UK Research and Development hub. We are home to the functions that help us lead the way in vehicle design and development of the vehicles manufactured in our European plants. With more than 900 people based here from over 25 different countries, it’s a hive of ideas, imagination, and vision, based in open-plan spacious offices designed to encourage cross-functional collaboration. The teams at the Cranfield Nissan Technical Centre work to develop engineering and design requirements for new car models across the world. Purpose
Nissan Technical Centre Europe (NTCE) is at the forefront of automotive innovation, and we're looking for a passionate and driven Degree Apprentice to join our Quality Promotion team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of vehicle quality by developing cutting-edge data analysis and AI solutions on a 5 year fixed term contract.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
Develop and implement advanced analytics and AI tools to identify and tackle quality concerns.
Integrate data from diverse sources (warranty, vehicle testing, etc.) to provide a holistic view of vehicle quality.
Automate data analysis and reporting to improve efficiency and enable faster decision-making.
Support the Quality Engineers in proactively embedding robust quality processes into the development of future models.
Contribute to projects that enhance defect prediction, reduce warranty costs, and improve overall product reliability.
This apprenticeship will equip you with the skills and knowledge to:
Work with large datasets to uncover valuable insights.
Apply machine learning and AI techniques to solve real-world quality challenges.
Communicate complex data findings clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Entry Requirements:
120 UCAS points (achieved or predicted).
Must have or expect to achieve A Level Maths (Grade A-B) or equivalent, plus two additional A Level STEM or Computer Sciences subjects.
You must have permission to live and work in the UK without restriction.
