We want to change that and build a bank with everyone, for everyone. Our amazing community suggests features, tests the app, and gives us constant feedback so we can build something everyone loves.

We're focused on solving problems, rather than selling financial products. We want to make the world a better place and change people's lives through Monzo.

As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Data Science Manager to lead one of our key Growth areas—Marketing.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with our award-winning Marketing team and lead a dedicated data team to help execute Monzo’s marketing strategy. We have a strong culture of data-driven decision making across the company. We believe in powerful, real-time analytics and empowering the wider business. • Hire, develop, and retain talented data professionals
  • Generate insights that can change the direction of our growth and marketing strategy

  • You're familiar with using a variety of Data Science tools (from business intelligence, experimentation, and causal inference through to machine learning), and coding languages (Python and SQL). You know when to pick the right tool, and can help others do the same
  • You have experience with Marketing Mix Modelling and other measurement approaches

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
