Join the Work Activity Data Utility (WADU) team within the Corporate Sector at CAO and HR, where you'll be at the forefront of data-promoten decision-making. We're building a new firm-wide capability to leverage Workforce Activity data for strategic and investment insights. As part of the WADU Data team, you'll ensure data accuracy and integrity, contributing to unbiased storytelling. We value creativity, logical thinking, and teamwork, and are responsible for the entire data journey, from sourcing to quality assurance. Your role will be crucial in enhancing data usability for client-promoten use cases.
As a Data Management Analyst within the WADU Data team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end data journey, from sourcing new data feeds, ingestion, and data quality assurance, to constantly coming up with creative solutions to streamline and improve at every step. You will play a critical role in determining the usability of data and how it relates to client-promoten use cases. We are looking for someone energetic and promoten, who can think outside the box, is diligent and curious, and wants to get it right. You will be part of the engagement team responsible for understanding that good data is foundational, evaluating current use cases, conducting gap analysis, and identifying opportunities for future product development. You will focus on client engagement to ensure our end users are getting the maximum value out of our analytics and insights, manage the innovation life cycle of the product from ideation and prototyping through to the translation of requirements to our technology team, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and create visual data representations.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- A passion for data, data skills, BIG Data and data tools.
- Experience around data tools like SQL, Alteryx, Excel, Tableau, Qliksense, JIRA
- Expertise in working with data to query, be curious with data and have a sensible regard around data accuracy. Data interrogation and Quality checking.
- Team player across all functions
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to structure and scope complex problems; team-oriented nature with clear ownership mentality.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude, very strong analytical skills and idea generation, with the ability to go from conceptualization to execution. Curious.
- Strong inter-personal skills with ability to forge strong relationships with key stakeholders including technology partners.
- Effective organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently across multiple aspects of the organization at all levels; confidence in communicating with management.
- Appreciation of the changing world of data in organisations and artificial intelligence.
