We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our team working on our product OS Enterprise, a high-load HPC business management solution that optimizes massive operations with hundreds of thousands of mining devices. In this role, you'll drive the development and support of enterprise-level statistics services, design efficient data storage solutions, optimize queries, and create impactful reports, enabling global enterprises to achieve unparalleled performance and profitability.

About you

• 5+ years of experience in a Data Engineer role
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or demonstrate substantial experience as a seasoned app developer
• Hands-on experience with data warehousing solutions like Clickhouse and Postgres
• Experience with high-load systems
• Experience working with infrastructure tools such as Kubernetes and monitoring solutions 
• Proven experience building production-ready data pipelines
• At least Upper-intermediate level of English

Will be a plus

• Strong expertise with Golang
• Previous experience with NATS and Redis
• Experience in machine learning (ML) and organizing storage for ML tasks
• Familiarity with the mining/crypto domain
• Knowledge of blockchain/cryptocurrency

Responsibilities

• Design and review PostgreSQL / ClickHouse schema and data changes
• Optimize the performance of PostgreSQL queries, perform analysis of queries and stored procedures as necessary
• Implement performance improvements, code refactoring for DB code
• Working with development teams to design proper database solutions and support their needs in complex SQL chores
• Monitor all environments for DB performance and resource allocation
• Analyze prod incidents and implement follow-up improvements related to the DB code and data management
• Create ad-hoc reports from diverse data sources
• Participate in the peer code reviews and pull requests approvals for SQL scripts
