We’re hiring a Senior Data Architect / Lead Data Engineer to design and deliver our company-wide data platform and strategy. This is a senior, autonomous role ideal for an experienced data professional—or a senior engineer looking to step into a lead-level position—who thrives on owning both the technical roadmap and stakeholder relationships.
You’ll take charge of our AWS and Snowflake environment and work directly with teams across Commercial, Finance, and Operations to unlock better, faster decisions through data.
In this role, you’ll:
Own our end-to-end data infrastructure, from architecture to delivery
Design and maintain robust, automated ETL/ELT pipelines
Manage our Snowflake warehouse and AWS S3 data lake
Build internal-facing reporting tools (e.g., Streamlit) that make data accessible
Define and enforce data governance and security best practices
Act as a trusted data advisor to senior leadership
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data aligns with real business needs
Use tools like Terraform, dbt, GitHub Actions, and Python in a modern, cloud-native environment
Tech you’ll work with:
AWS (Lambda, S3, Glue, IAM)
Snowflake, dbt, Terraform
Python, Streamlit, GitHub Actions
Bonus: Airflow, Kafka/Kinesis
If you’re looking for a role where you can step into leadership while staying close to the tech—and make a real business impact—this is it. Apply now to lead the data journey at MindGym.

You’ve delivered or led company-wide data solutions before
You’re fluent in AWS, Snowflake, Python, and modern DevOps practices
You love translating business needs into clean, scalable data systems
You’re confident engaging with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
You work well independently, with a solution-focused mindset
