Join our APAC Region Chief Data and Analytics (CDAO) Office as a Data Analytics Associate, where you will play a pivotal role in advancing the organization's data and AI governance capabilities. You will help execute innovative data and analytics strategies, drive modernization initiatives, and enable top-tier, modernized data governance. Your work will focus on data privacy, standardization, intelligent automation, and policy-as-code solutions to automate and enforce governance policies.
As a Data Analytics and AI Modernization Senior Associate in the APAC Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO), you will build proactive detection and monitoring systems to identify and address risks in real time, ensuring trust, compliance, and audit readiness. By integrating governance controls into data pipelines, model lifecycle workflows, and cloud platforms, you will leverage APIs, microservices, cloud-native services, and open-source frameworks to support a robust and scalable governance environment.

By integrating governance controls into data pipelines, model lifecycle workflows, and cloud platforms, you will leverage APIs, microservices, cloud-native services, and open-source frameworks to support a robust and scalable governance environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Support and enable the transformation of data and AI governance frameworks, focusing on standardization, policy-as-code, and proactive detection and monitoring.
- Implement and maintain data privacy controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Develop and deploy intelligent automation solutions to streamline governance processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Design and implement data and AI-driven risk and control mechanisms to enhance trust and audit readiness.
- Collaborate across the organization (e.g., Firmwide CDAO, cross Lines of Business/Corporate Functions, and Technology) to ensure alignment with data-driven initiatives, understand business needs, re-engineer strategic processes, and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Effectively represent APAC RCDAO requirements across firmwide products and ensure appropriate prioritization.
- Ensure proper governance and compliance protocols in product implementations.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data governance, data engineering, or AI/ML operations.
- Hands-on experience developing APIs and microservices for data governance and MLOps integration.
- Experience integrating cloud-native services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and open-source frameworks (Airflow, Kafka, Kubernetes, MLflow) to support governance modernization initiatives.
- Experience with policy-as-code and automated governance enforcement.
- Familiarity with modern data pipeline architectures and model lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience implementing automated policy enforcement and proactive monitoring for data and AI systems.
- Technical proficiency in API/microservices development/maintenance and integration into data pipelines, open-source frameworks, model lifecycle workflows (MLOps), and cloud platforms.
- Experience with intelligent automation tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and audit processes.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Certification in cloud platforms or data governance frameworks.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and drive governance modernization.
