About the role   

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to support system implementation and integration projects within a financial services or insurance environment. The role will focus on data analysis, mapping, migration planning, and ensuring high standards of data quality across new and existing platforms.
You will work closely with Solution Architects, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to understand data structures and ensure accurate and efficient data flows between systems. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and experience working with complex financial or insurance data.
Skills and Requirements
Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Experience working within financial services, insurance, or reinsurance environments.
  • Strong experience in data mapping, data migration planning, and data quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with treasury or reinsurance data structures and reporting requirements.
  • Experience supporting system integration projects, particularly around data flows and transformations.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with solution architects and delivery teams.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with SQL and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with ETL tools and data integration platforms.
  • Experience supporting large system implementation or transformation programs
